So this round of updates is pretty special as it includes some pretty exciting stuff that you've requested. We listened to your feedback and now are happy to bring you a bunch of updates to cater to your needs and preferences.

🧑‍🎨 Custom flow backgrounds

Say goodbye to boring flow designs! With our latest update, you can now customize your flow backgrounds with a range of options – solid colors, gradients, patterns, and even images. 

Can't find the right image? Browse thousands of unique photos from Unsplash right inside your flow, making inspiration just a click away. 

Express your brand personality, captivate your audience visually, and maintain a polished and cohesive look across all your flows.

💡 Access the customization window by clicking the paintbrush icon in the upper right corner in flow editing mode.

✍🏻 A more advanced editor with AI

Our text editor just got an IQ boost! It can now use AI to effortlessly expand your ideas. Simply choose the “Continue writing” option and see the magic happen.

But wait, there's more:

• Add videos that play inside the editor
• Easily resize your images 
• Reorder text sections in a block using drag & drop, and more. 

Just type / to access the dropdown menu, and choose one of the new powerful editor capabilities.

Power up your productivity with smart smart content tools, smooth multimedia integration, and easy-breezy text editing to create impactful and engaging flows with ease.

🔔 More detailed Slack notifications

No more FOMO! Stay in the loop with super-detailed Slack notifications. With this update, you will now get notified whenever a visitor:

• Completes an action item in a flow ✅
• Shares your flow with others ✉️ 
• Rates your flow ⭐️

Stay on top of your flow activity, ensuring tasks are ticked off and goals are met. Enhance team collaboration, efficiently track progress, and ensure crucial tasks are completed promptly – all from the comfort of your favorite communication tool, Slack.

✅ New task completion rules

With this update, we’re also changing the task completion rules in Mutual Action Plan for the task items. Now, your visitors can't simply click "Mark as done" anymore. Instead, they will be instructed on how to complete the task. Once they take action, the task will be marked as done automatically. 

Make sure your buyers never skip an important action again!

💡 P.S.: As the flow creator, you can still manually mark tasks as done.

📤 Streamlined flow sharing

We've also tidied up the flow sharing experience, making it even easier for you to use. The flow sharing popup got a makeover for a cleaner, more intuitive look, and we've brought the settings to the forefront for your convenience. 

Easily switch between tabs and revel in a seamless flow-sharing experience. Save time, reduce friction in collaboration, and share your flows effortlessly for a user-friendly and intuitive process.
