How many rooms can I create?
Flowla does not cap your team's productivity. On a paid plan, your team members can create as many rooms as they need to manage their processes effectively.
You are only charged per seat. That way, your entire team can collaborate on rooms and shared materials & assets, while still having the freedom to run their processes in the way that works best for them.
If you’d like to try Flowla on a free plan, you can create up to 5 rooms to test it with your clients.

Can I cancel anytime?
If you are on a monthly plan, you are not tied to any long-term commitments. You will be charged month-over-month, and you can cancel your Flowla subscription any time with no additional costs, and restart it again whenever you need it.
Do I have to pay for all of the seats on my team?
No. You only pay for the room creators on your Flowla account. When adding new team members, you can invite them as viewer-only. They will still see all of your content, but won't be able to create or edit rooms. Viewer-only seats are excluded from billing.
